Privacy policy

When you book, we collect your name, phone number and email, plus the first name and age of each child. We never ask for a child's surname, photo or date of birth.

We use your details to manage your booking, check payments and contact you about your visit. Children's details are used for safety and party planning, and never for marketing.

We only send marketing if you tick the marketing box when you book. It is never ticked for you.

We anonymise customer details 24 months after your last visit, except financial records we must keep by law.

You can ask us to delete your information by contacting us at the centre.
